Who can use Parasocial

You must be at least 13, meet any higher minimum age required where you live, and be legally permitted to use the service. If you are below the age of legal adulthood, use Parasocial with a parent or guardian’s permission and have them review these terms. Do not use the service if you cannot meet these conditions.

Use an account you are authorized to control. Keep sign-in credentials private and contact us if your account is compromised. Do not impersonate another person, falsely claim account ownership, evade a restriction, or create deceptive engagement. A catalog listing or a member’s self-published link does not establish verified identity, ownership or endorsement.

Adult destinations are a separate choice

Parasocial itself is not an adults-only service. Adult external destinations, including marked OnlyFans or Fansly links, are for people aged 18 or over who may lawfully access them. You must not reveal, add or use these links if you are under 18.

Adult links start hidden behind an explicit age affirmation and warning. No explicit previews or embeds are loaded. This choice is self-declared; it is not verified age assurance. Clearly mark adult destinations and do not disguise them as ordinary websites, use redirects to evade warnings, target minors with them, or send sexual solicitations. Keep profile images, biographies, posts and messages suitable for a general audience. Explicit sexual content, sexual exploitation and any sexual content involving minors are prohibited.

Content and respectful participation

You remain responsible for your content and retain your ownership rights. Only share material and links you have the right to share. You give Certified Tech Official LLC the limited permission needed to host, store, reproduce and display your content to operate Parasocial in accordance with your visibility settings. This does not transfer ownership of your work. Public material and material sent to others may be copied by its recipients.

Do not post unlawful material, threats, targeted harassment, hateful abuse, scams, malware, non-consensual intimate material, private information without permission, or content that infringes another person’s rights. Do not exploit security vulnerabilities, bypass access controls or rate limits, scrape private areas, or overload the service. Report security concerns privately through our contact page.

We may review reports, remove or restrict content, limit features, or suspend accounts for violations, safety, security or legal obligations. Automated checks and manual reviews are imperfect. You can report a concern or appeal through the Safety page or contact support. Reports are not an emergency service.

Other platforms, creators and payments

Parasocial brings links and supported public updates together; it does not replace or control external services. Live status and feed updates can be delayed, unavailable or inaccurate. Linking a platform does not transfer its account, verify ownership, or make Parasocial responsible for its content. External websites can have different eligibility, privacy and payment rules.

Creator subscriptions, donations, purchases, delivery and refunds take place with the destination provider or creator. Parasocial currently does not process those payments or guarantee a creator’s promises. Review the destination, amount and terms before paying.

Your controls and leaving

You can change your profile visibility, block members, pause messages, export the supported profile records and review account-data deletion in Preferences. Deletion has limits and can remove entire conversations involving your account. The preview and privacy notice explain what is removed and retained. Deleting Parasocial data does not delete accounts on other services.

For copyright, impersonation, privacy or removal concerns, send the exact Parasocial URL and a description of your connection to the concern to ctoxai@outlook.com. Do not send sensitive identity documents in the initial message.

Beta availability and changes

Parasocial is a beta service. Features can change, and outages or data loss can occur. Keep your own copies of important material. We do not promise uninterrupted operation, complete synchronization with other platforms, or particular earnings or audience growth.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional guarantees. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded. We will update the effective date when terms change and provide additional notice or request agreement where required. Contact us if you have a question or concern about these terms.
